ME300 Metallographic Tools Measuring Microscope
The ME series tool-maker’s microscope (models ME-300CNC/ME-400CNC) adopts AC servo motor and XYZ axis CNC control, paired with high-precision TBI ground ball screw rod and “Prema” linear scale, achieving a resolution of 0.0001mm and repeatability accuracy of 2μm. Equipped with CSIC infinity correction optical system and 1.3M pixel high-resolution color CCD, it enables non-contact inspection and 2D precision measurement. Widely used in machinery, electronics, automotive manufacturing and other fields for measuring sizes, angles, forms and positions of precision parts, it supports customized report output in Excel/PDF/CAD formats, suitable for quality inspection in metrology departments and production lines.

Usage:
