S600 Semi-automatic Vision Measuring Machine
The S600 S800 semi-automatic image measuring instrument features high precision, high reliability, reasonable structural design, attractive appearance, simple operation and easy maintenance. The X and Y axis manual rapid and fine adjustment devices, Z axis CNC motor drive, hand pulse device; it has semi-automatic measurement programming software. Therefore, this machine can be applied to the measurement of internal and external diameters, rectangular coordinate dimensions and polar coordinate dimensions of precision parts, and can complete the measurement and evaluation of shape errors and position errors of the measured workpiece; it is mainly used for the precise measurement of geometric dimensions of products and related components. The greatest advantage of this equipment lies in its ability to quickly perform precise automatic focusing, achieve more accurate measurement and reduce human measurement errors. Additional sensors such as probes and coaxial light can be added to achieve simple 3D measurement. For small batches, first pieces, inspections and checks, it can provide reliable measurement data.
