The SBRX-100D Digital Multi-function Hardness Tester is an all-in-one testing instrument that integrates Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness testing capabilities. It features a high-precision sensor and a closed-loop loading control system, with a testing force range from 60 kgf to 187.5 kgf, making it suitable for hardness testing of various metal materials. Equipped with automatic loading/dwell/unloading functions and a high-definition LCD display, it ensures easy and efficient operation. Additionally, it supports RS232 data communication and can directly connect to a printer to output test reports, making it ideal for laboratories, factory quality control, and other scenarios.

The SBRV-100D Digital multifunction hardness tester with Micro Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness tester is a testing machine which integrate the technology of optics, mechanics and computer. It features new appearance, complete functions, easy operation, visual display and stable performance. It can fulfill Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers testing requirements. With nearly 7 grade testing force, it can meet many kinds of needs of hardness testing.
Automatic convert for the loading, dwell and unloading of testing force. The operation is very convenient and quick. The main functions as follows:
1 Available for Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers testing
2 Conversion between each hardness scale.
3 Setting for hardness dwell time
4 Changeable for year, month and date
5 RS232 serial communication, offers extend functions for users.
This machine offers data save function. Users can browse the testing page and print out the testing result.
