SHB-3000XZ Digital Brinell Hardness Tester
The SHB-3000XZ three-indenter digital Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness tester is a high-precision hardness testing device that integrates Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers testing functions. It features an automatic turret and automatic indenter/objective switching design, enabling gap-free loading for significantly improved testing efficiency and accuracy. It supports 11 levels of test force (up to 3000 kgf) and 14 hardness scales, with a hardness resolution of 0.1 HR. Equipped with an 8-inch touch screen that can store 1,000 sets of data, it also enables real-time hardness value conversion and has a built-in high-speed printer, making it suitable for hardness testing scenarios such as metal materials.

Automatic switching between the objective and the indenter
The main body adopts cast iron structure which minimizes the deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than half a year, and its physical properties are stable.
The structure realizes a 1:1 high-precision gravity sensing system combined with zero gap ball screw force control, using a 0.03 level force sensor to ensure precise and error free loading every time.
After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches 35~40HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of the testing data at different heights during lifting.
This instrument has 11 level of test force, 14 Brinell hardness test scales, suitable for different kinds of metal materials.
With three indenters and two objectives, no need to change the indenters when testing different samples; with rigorous optical structure and high magnification, it makes the indentation observed clearly.
According to the selected scale, the indenters and objectives are automatically switched. Switching positioning adopts a dual combination of mechanical and photoelectric limits to improve positioning accuracy.
It supports the conversion of various hardness scales in real time and has the function of upper and lower limit settings.
Real time saving of hardness test results, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, mean, etc., with multiple folder selection, optional deletion and printing output.
Function:
SHB-3000XZ Three indenters digital Brinell hardness tester adopts precise structure design and the load of test force is controlled by the sensor, which makes the whole structure compact and loading of test force stable and exact. The test process is controlled by CPU, using automatic switching between the objective and the indenter. The location of switching adopts mechanical and electronic double matching, makes the location precision more high. The instrument has 10 steps test force and 13 kinds of Brinell testing scale for arbitrary selection; With three indenters and two objectives, all can be used for measurement, automatic recognition and shifting between the objectives and the indenter; Pre-set the dwell time of test force and regulate the luminosity of light source; Automatically display the testing indentation length, hardness value and testing numbers; Conversion scales of different kinds of hardness; Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. According to the client’s requirement, it can be equipped with video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
