SHVS-1000 Digital Vickers Hardness Tester
The SHVS-1000 Digital Vickers Hardness Tester is a high-precision hardness testing device integrating optical, mechanical, and electronic technologies. It uses a closed-loop control system for loading, which significantly improves the precision of the test force and the stability of the indicated value. Equipped with a digital measuring eyepiece, it can directly display the indentation diagonal length, hardness value, test force, dwell time and other data without looking up tables, automatically calculates and displays the hardness value after measurement, and can be optionally equipped with a CCD image automatic measuring system. The device supports a test force range from 0.3kgf to 10kgf, has a hardness measurement resolution of 0.1HV, and a maximum test height of 170mm, meeting various hardness testing needs.

Digital Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly shows the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. It can be equipped with CCD image automatic measuring system.
