The SHVT-1000Z digital Vickers hardness tester combines an industrial-grade computer with hardness testing capabilities, featuring a built-in CCD image automatic measurement system that directly displays indentation images and automatically measures hardness values. It comes with a 9-inch high-definition touch screen for intuitive and convenient operation. The tester uses a lifting screw made of special material, which reaches a hardness of 35-45HRC and offers excellent wear resistance after heat treatment. Key parameters include a maximum test force of 10kgf (98.07N) and a measurement accuracy error of ≤0.8%. It also supports automatic conversion of hardness values between Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell and other scales, and generates professional test reports in WORD or EXCEL formats, making it ideal for hardness testing of metal materials.

The SHVT-1000Z digital vickers hardness tester adopts a combination of industrial computer and hardness tester, the touch screen operation is convenient and fast with clear and intuitive display. The built-in CCD image automatic measurement system can directly display dynamic indentation, lock the image and automatically measure the hardness. It has high measurement accuracy and stable performance, avoiding eye irritation and visual fatigue caused by light sources, and reducing measurement errors.
The main body adopts cast aluminum structure which minimizes the deformation.
It uses special material lifting screw, the hardness reaches 35~40HRC after heat treatment which is wear-resistant. And the worm gear and worm structure makes the lifting more stable.
It adopts dead weight loading system, and the test force loading, dwelling and unloading processes are automatically completed.
Integrated design of hardness tester and industrial computer, it has all functions of the computer with Windows operating system.
With two objectives for measurement, the turret realizes automatic recognition and switching between the objectives and the indenter.
Digital X-Y test table for more accurate positioning and measurement.
l With built-in CCD image automatic measurement system and 9.7 inch HD touch screen, it clearly displays indentation and automatically measures the hardness.
It has hardness conversion function which can be used to convert between different hardness scales.

Software Function:
Basic function: include all functions of image processing and measurement system, such as image capture, calibration, image processing, geometric measurement, annotation, photo album management and fixed times print etc.

Software function:
1, System linkage: Through the communication interface it realizes the linkage between thesystem and the hardness tester.
2, Pressure linkage: When converting test force, the system percepts the test force change and displays in real time.
3, Turret linkage: The software controls the shifting between the objective and the indenter without manual control.

9, Diagonal measurement: Click the top left and lower right corner of the indentation, you can read the hardness value.

13, Graphic report: Automatic record of measurement data, automatic generation of hardness-depth curves, saving or printing the hardness-depth curves and all indentation measurements.
