SMV-402 Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
SMV-402 series Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is a high-precision hardness testing instrument integrating optics, mechanics, and electronics, featuring a novel appearance and stable performance. It directly measures the indentation diagonal length, automatically calculates and displays hardness values, and is equipped with an upper and lower hardness limit alarm function, while also being able to connect to a computer or printer for data output, with optional Knoop hardness measurement and CCD image automatic measurement systems. Key models include SMV-100, SMV-500, and SMV-1000, widely used for hardness testing of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, IC chips, coatings, plastics and other materials, complying with international standards such as ISO 6507 and ASTM E384.

SMV-402 Digital Micro Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. With a novel and pleasing appearance, the internal structure is mainly made by stainless steel parts, has better performance. It can directly shows the test mode, test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time on the large screen. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. With the up and down limit alarm function, test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can use optional Knoop indenter to measure Knoop hardness. And it can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
