SMV-404 Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
The SMV-404 Digital Micro Vickers Knoop Hardness Tester is a high-end hardness testing device integrating precision mechanics and optoelectronic technology, boasting an elegant appearance and a stable stainless steel internal structure. Equipped with dual indenters, it enables simultaneous Vickers and Knoop hardness measurements with a fully automatic testing process, making it ideal for micro-region hardness testing of various materials including metals, non-metals, and coatings. Key specifications include a test force range of 10gf to 1000gf (0.098N to 9.807N), a hardness measurement range of 1HV to 900HV, and total objective magnifications of 100×, 200×, and 400×.
Product Details
The SMV-404 Digital Micro Vickers Knop Hardness Tester is a high-tech product integrating optics, mechanics and electricity. It has a novel and beautiful appearance. Its internal structure is composed of stainless steel parts, and its performance is better. A new type of automatic turret mechanism is used, and two indenters for micro Vickers and Knoop measurements are simultaneously installed. The test method, test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, conversion scale, date and time can be displayed more intuitively on the large screen. During operation, as long as the indentation is measured and the eyepiece button is pressed, the hardness value can be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The data measurement has upper and lower limit alarm function, the results can be saved and viewed through the table, or output through the built-in printer, and equipped with RS232 interface for users to connect to the computer for output. LCD screen measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system are optional.
