SZXQ-10A Automatic Single Head Mounting Press
The SZXQ-10A is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic metallographic mounting press, featuring one-key heating, clamping, cooling and unloading with no need for operator attendance. It is equipped with a high-pressure hydraulic pump, and offers Φ30mm/Φ40mm mold options. With a default heating temperature of 120℃, it can finish mounting a single sample in as little as 7 minutes. The dual-station design greatly improves efficiency, and the water cooling system ensures stable mounting quality.

Introduction:
Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation. SZXQ-10A is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic sample mounting press. The mounting process is controlled by the program, which realizes the one-key operation of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading process. The sample mounting is automatically completed without the need of the operator on duty. The machine adopts hydraulic pump with higher pressure, which makes the sample more compact. The cavity is lengthened and so two samples can be completed at the same time by using the middle block. Unique cold and heat separation design makes it more safe and stable. It has dual control of high-definition touch screen and physical keys, various mounting scheme can be saved. With water cooling system, it can finish two samples mounting in 7 minutes at the soonest, which makes sample preparation easier and more labor saving, the mounting quality is also better and more stable. (Only for thermosetting materials, such as Bakelite powder, Urea formaldehyde molding powder etc.)
