SZXQ-200 Automatic Double Head Mounting Press
The SZXQ-200 is an advanced fully automatic hydraulic water-cooling metallographic sample mounting machine, designed specifically for difficult-to-hold, irregularly shaped samples and those requiring edge protection. It completes the entire process of heating, loading, heat preservation, cooling and unloading in one key operation via program control, with high-brightness warning lights and an alarm function to ensure operational safety. A high-pressure hydraulic pump is adopted to make sample mounting more compact, and the dual-station design greatly improves sample preparation efficiency. Its key parameters include: two mold diameters can be selected from φ25mm, φ30mm and φ40mm; the maximum pressure is up to 150kgf/cm² (approx. 15MPa); and the mounting time for a single station is only 8-9 minutes (for φ30mm specification).

Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation. SZXQ-200 is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic sample mounting press. The mounting process is controlled by the program, which realizes the one-key operation of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading process. The sample mounting is automatically completed with sound and light alarm function, without the need of the operator on duty. The machine adopts hydraulic pump with higher pressure, which makes the sample more compact. Two mould specification arbitrary selection, the control and operation are independent. Unique cold and heat separation design makes it more safe and stable. High-definition touch screen displays pressure and temperature in real time. With water cooling system, the mounting speed is fast. One set can be used as two sets, which makes sample preparation easier and more labor saving, the mounting quality is also better and more stable.
