The W-B92 Webster Hardness Tester is a portable, rapid hardness testing instrument suitable for aluminum alloy, stainless steel, galvanized plate, etc. It features simple operation and direct reading to determine the aging conditions and grades of aluminum alloys, complying with relevant standards, with key parameters including specimen thickness 0.6–6 mm, measuring range 50–92 HRB, and weight 0.5 kg.

Webster hardness testers also known as Webster hardness pliers, it is applied to the quick test for the hardness of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum parts and other soft metal such copper alloy, copper, stainless steel. It can be used to estimate whether the aluminum profile has aging or whether the aging is qualified, distinguish different aluminum grades and different aging condition. The tester is the first choice instrument for testing the mechanical property of aluminum alloy profiles.
Webster hardness tester is easy to operate, just clamp the work piece, and then read the hardness value directly.
It focus on high efficiency and good reliability which conform to the China non-ferrous YS/T420-2000 and American standard ASTM B647-84 (2000).
